The Hunter Dempsey is a great fan at a great price. Designed to fit perfectly in homes with eight foot ceilings, this low profile (or Flush Mount) ceiling fan is only eleven inches from top to bottom. That low fan height still looks great and hides a lot of technology to get strong breezes without being too big. The 44" blades are perfect for a bedroom or office; they give you a strong breeze without overwhelming a room. And the contemporary style can work with almost any home. It doesn't detract from other furnishings like some ceiling fans do. One feature that makes this ceiling fan a little more attractive than others: there are no pull chains. The fan is controlled by a multifunction remote control that can dim the lights, change fan speeds and turn the fan on and off. The remote can be installed on the wall in a convenient sling. The other side is a chocolate oak fan blade that has more of a brown color in the finish, but still features the dark contrast. The blades are at a 13 degree angle to provide the maximum amount of air movement at high speed. Three speed fan (low, medium and high) allows you to control the amount of air. And the blades can be reversed during winter.
