The kit includes two packs of original flavor seasoning and two packs of cure, totaling 4.4 oz. net weight. Preparation is straightforward: mix the spice and cure packs with lean ground beef, pork, turkey, or other meat, or add a half cup of water when working with sliced cuts. The included jerky gun comes with three attachments for forming strips or sticks, making the process quick and consistent. Finished jerky can be produced in a NESCO dehydrator or a conventional oven in just a few hours, at a fraction of the cost of store-bought alternatives. The seasoning is gluten free and made in the USA.
