This stunning costume takes vintage to the extreme. The pullover dress has lace sleeves with shoulder drapes, a peaked hemline, and a dramatic peaked foam collar. The front panel of the dress features lace, silver braid, and ruffled netting for an authentic Victorian feel. The waist of the gown ties for fit adjustment, and the included net petticoat has an elastic waist for comfort. Also included in this haunting ensemble is foam hat that attaches to an included headband and an oval  pendant with filigree and set with a blood red faux gem.
