We’re going to be honest, when the higher-ups in our offices sent down an order to create an Owlet Infant Costume, we were a little hesitant. How can you make owlets cute? we thought. To be fair, the last time we saw owlets on the internet it was of a terrifying bunch of baby barn owls screeching into the camera in a very haunting way (it’s still in our nightmares sometimes). But guess what? Our designers are the most amazing people and they created this adorable Owlet Infant Costume for your little one!
And now we have to say, this is hands down the best little animal costume we’ve ever created! Well, that might be a little much to claim (especially for all those toddler lion costume fans out there). But we definitely love this outfit and know that you will too, once you see your little one crawling around the playpen in it.
Fun Details
This colorful getup is a total cuteness overload! The colorful jumpsuit secures in the back and comes with an inseam for convenient diaper access. The wings have open slits for hands to reach out comfortably, and enclosed feet feature padded anti-skid soles. Finally, to complete the look, the fully-lined hood is accessorized with a soft-sculpted beak and wise-looking tufts on top. Your little one won’t be able to fly (unfortunately our designers aren’t that good), but wearing this outfit may result in an excessive amount of cuddles!
Never Again
We think we all learned a valuable lesson from this experience: never doubt the magic of our designers. And also that in this costume, your kiddo is probably the cutest little owlet out there. Just watch out for any high perches in the house, those can be dangerous for little owlets that can’t actually fly yet!
