The reverse function allows you to scroll the spiral auger of the meat grinder in the opposite direction, due to which the auger is freed from the veins wound around it. Thus, it is not necessary to disassemble the meat grinder for cleaning every time — it is enough to turn on the reverse and remove the clogging pushed out to the feed opening.
