Number of fins

The number of fins provided for in the design of the oil heater(see "Type").

Similar to central heating radiators, oil radiators are made up of fins. Their number affects the heating efficiency — the more fins, the better the heat transfer at the same power. In addition, radiators with a large number of fins heat up less during operation. However, an increase in the number of fins affects both the dimensions and weight and the cost of the device.
