Total volume
The total volume of the yoghurt maker, which determines how much product can be cooked in it at a time. In yoghurt makers with a bowl for cottage cheese, the volume is determined by the capacity of this bowl; otherwise, the total volume is equal to the sum of the volumes of the yoghurt cups.
Delay start timer
The delay start timer allows you to delay the start of yoghurt preparation so that the product is ready exactly at a certain time, and the user does not have to turn on the yoghurt maker manually. Taking into account that the preparation time of yoghurt is on average from 6 to 9 hours, this function can be useful, for example, if you plan to be away from home all day — just load the ingredients in advance, set the start time, and the yoghurt will be ready for your return.
