Model overview based on user reviews
The Hankook I*pike RW11 is a winter tire that offers a pleasant price and good quality, being soft and not too noisy. It performs well on cleared streets and compacted snow, but struggles with snow over 5-7 cm and has weak braking on snow. The tire is particularly noted for its unique sipes design that provides good grip on ice, likened to "Velcro," although its performance on regular snowy roads is less impressive. Some users find the sidewalls too soft, which can be a concern for SUVs. Overall, it is considered a normal model without standout features, and its performance might improve with spikes.

Pleasant price, good quality. Soft and not too noisy. Holds the road well.
The tire is only for more or less cleared streets. When the snow is more than 5-7 cm, problems begin. It behaves more or less normally on compacted snow. But I'm afraid to even think about ice. Last season, during severe frosts, I just used public transport. I don't have much driving experience; it's not worth the risk.

More like mass-market, another model for the sake of having a model... but nothing new and constructive in its performance and quality.
so-called Velcro for winter, I really like this word because it suits this tire and its behavior on ice. I'll tell you briefly why, I'm not sure what the manufacturers were thinking when they made it, but I caught a very interesting point in the design of the sipes and their work on ice. I think everyone has skated on a frozen lake in winter or every 2nd person... but my buddy and I decided to go further, took a camera, and filmed the skid from different angles. When I watched the video in slow motion, here's what you can see, the sipes bend to the limit on ice so that they touch each other, and this triangle that forms between them gives a good grip on the ice, it's very visible in slow motion, it's like Velcro. Maybe someone has seen mouse traps, that's approximately how the tire detaches from the ice. As for standard snowy roads, there’s nothing special, I did get stuck and slipped... well, let's say regular surfaces didn't impress me, but ice, yes.
It's a bit pricey for tires that don't have good performance in snowy terrains; they are SUV tires, but this is what they are, great on ice.. but that's a slightly different story. Another significant drawback is the softness of the sidewalls, which is dangerous for truck tires, very much so...

Perhaps with spikes the cross-country ability will improve.
I didn't notice anything special
Afraid of snow over 10 cm, weak braking on snow, unstable steering on turns, prone to skidding
