Enter in the filter a smartphone up to 6 inches and 90-120 Hz, and you'll see 3 models in the results, two of which are Pixel. The device is great! Numbered Pixels always impress with their tactile feel. You really don't want to let them go. I initially used the XL model, but switched to a smaller version due to memory volume. After the big brother, it's truly amazing how they managed to fit everything into this little one. If you're always in a strong mobile internet coverage area, then 64 GB is not a dealbreaker. But if you travel often and may go without stable internet for a while, then in this case, 64 GB is criminally insufficient. Regarding the battery, Google really missed the mark. It's really small, but the little one shouldn't be counted out just yet. Thanks to my smartwatch, I don't use many features, such as AoD, song recognition, voice assistant call, and a whole bunch of other things, and with them turned off, even with active use, the battery consistently lasts a day, but if you use all its features to the max, then a power bank becomes your eternal companion. Additionally, the phone consumes a lot of battery when photographing due to the constant use of the neural core coprocessor for live view photo preview, so photographers will also find a power bank handy. Overall, even with all its downsides, the device is simply unique. The best camera, compact size, flagship features like 90 Hz, and a bunch of Google's software enhancements keep the device relevant even in mid-2021. And the drawbacks can certainly be managed. * 90Hz display * Miniature size * The best camera for the money in a smartphone * Exclusive smart features of Pixel Experience * Pure Android without third-party software bloat * The tactile feel of the device is just brilliant! * Matte glass * Very cool haptic module, the vibration from it is just super * Support and updates until the end of 2022 * Battery. If it is critically important - it's better not to choose this device. However, the issue can be resolved by turning off unused functions and using power banks, so it depends on personal preference... * According to user reviews, after more than a year of active use, paint starts to peel off the buttons and some edges of the frame. * Using speakers at maximum volume can gradually wear down the earpiece speaker. * The 64GB model - just criminally low storage. Better to look for a 128GB option. * Some smart functions do not work in Russia or in the Russian language. * The processor does not support AptX Adaptive and LL, which will be the most sought-after codecs in the next couple of years. |
This is the best phone on the second-hand market for its price, and also better than most "new" budget phones. Bought for 7100 UAH in white (unfortunately, the orange is more expensive)... and you can find it even cheaper. Opted for the smaller one because the XL wasn't as cheap, hence the decision. In terms of downsides - only the battery, and still a drawback - the lack of some functionality in the system compared to the same miui. - Recognition from people - Camera - Screen, 90hz - Ergonomics - Vibration feedback - Body materials - Non-smudging (white and orange) - Speakers - no headphone jack use Google Pixel 4 64GB less than month |
I’ve been using the smartphone for 4 months, I bought it on Avito for 22 thousand rubles. 64GB version. For me, this is the best smartphone, with unique characteristics. Smooth, powerful, compact, beautiful, with full FaceID, excellent shell, excellent sound, screen and unlimited Google photos. Everyone pays attention to the camera, yes it is great, but the phone itself is amazing. Everything works as it should. I had phones, but something was always wrong with them: notifications wouldn’t come, the connection would fail, NFS would be stupid... this one never let me down. Every second person has an iPhone, but no pixels... sometimes they ask me what kind of phone it is, nice... All. 64GB of memory is not enough in my use case. I would like more autonomy; 4.5 - 6 hours of screen time works for me, but I understand that the compactness requires sacrificing autonomy. Yes, I charge my smartphone 2-3 times a day, that suits me, I will charge any phone 2-3 times. |
The first three generations of "Googlephones" created a real sensation in the genre of mobile photography. Their "one-eyed" cameras are still included in all sorts of ratings of the best. The fourth Pixel increased the number of sensors under the wing of the main photomodule to two. What did it give him in fact? Let's figure it out.
Photoflagman
The leading image sensor on board the smartphone still has a resolution of 12 MP and uses fast f / 1.7 optics with optical stabilization. An 8 MP telephoto camera with a double optical zoom function was kindly provided to help him. The main camera of the device demonstrates excellent results when shooting in night mode, handles with recording 4K video (at 30 fps) and takes excellent pictures during the day. Selfie shots Google Pixel 4 "clicks" on the 8 MP front camera with an auxiliary ToF sensor for spectacular background blur in portrait mode.
Powerful hardware
In terms of performance, the smartphone gives a high “flying speed” of any running applications, be it a mobile video editor or, for example, a “gluttonous” Call of Duty Mobile toy. The key to the performance of the model is the powerful combination of the top-end Snapdragon 855 chipset, 6/128 GB of memory and Adreno 640 graphics. Separate praise is given to the OLED screen of the device with a refresh rate of 90 Hz, stretching diagonally by 5.7".
Top grade
Surprisingly, the fourth-generation Googlephone got rid of the fingerprint sensor. It is proposed to unlock the smartphone by the face of the owner, for which a special scanner is placed in the ledge above the display. In the same place, Motion Sense system sensors peacefully coexist with it, allowing you to control the functions of a mobile device through gestures without touching the screen. From above, all this is “seasoned” with the “OS” of Android 10 without any add-ons. Only a frankly weak 2800 mAh battery let us down on the smartphone. Fortunately, support for fast and wireless charging (18 and 11 W, respectively) partly compensates for the modest battery capacity.
