Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER AERO OC 16G (GV-N407TSAERO OC-16GD)

Launching in 2024, the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER is part of Gigabyte's professional graphics card lineup and is designed for use by visual content professionals such as artists, animators, visual effects specialists and game designers. This graphics accelerator provides advanced 3D graphics capabilities through integration with NVIDIA Studio, Reflex latency optimizer, and other NVIDIA technologies.

The video card is also equipped with an expanded set of video ports for convenient connection of external monitors. To highlight the nature of the device, the casing and fans are painted entirely in white, the casing is carefully sanded, and the logo is decorated with miniature RGB lighting. As in the case of gaming video cards of the Windforce and Gaming series, the proprietary Windforce cooling system with three active graphene-lubricated fans, an array of heat-conducting pipes, a passive radiator and a steel backplate is responsible for cooling the graphics chip and memory modules.

The fans can rotate alternately to optimize airflow and can also switch to a semi-passive, silent mode when needed. Mid-range NVIDIA Ada Lovelace video cards traditionally rely on the AD-104 GPU, but the capabilities of this crystal were exhausted back in the days of the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti. Therefore, for the SUPER version, NVIDIA decided to use a stripped-down flagship AD-103 crystal (5 nm, 8448 stream processors, frequency 2655 MHz) with a modified VRAM unit.

If the regular RTX 4070 Ti had 12 GB of memory, then in the SUPER version this figure increased to 16 GB, plus the data exchange bus was improved, as a result of which the overall performance of the video card increased by 10%. And the additional VRAM reserve may be useful for future games in high resolutions with maximum quality settings and active use of ray tracing. In addition to high performance in gaming and professional applications, the video card offers a number of additional features, such as NVIDIA Studio suite of tools for working with 3D graphics, software for improving image and sound quality during streaming, as well as utilities for optimizing system performance, including reducing latency input and acceleration of data exchange between SSD and video card memory.
