Frame:

Samsung GT-B5722 Duos is a touch phone that supports two SIM cards simultaneously.
Usually Duos-phones are distinguished by a fairly thick body, and this model, in terms of size and weight, practically does not differ from ordinary Samsung touch phones.
On the front panel is a 2.8-inch touch screen, and above it is the main speaker. At the bottom there are three keys — accept and end the call and the cancel key in the centre. On a contour of the forward panel a metal fringing.
On the right side are — the camera key, the quick phone lock button and a special button designed to switch between SIM-cards.
On the left side end there is a volume control key. Below it is a branded Samsung connector, covered with a plug, it is designed to connect a charger or headset. The 3.5 mm jack is missing, as is the very possibility of connecting any other headphones that do not have a special connector.
An additional speaker is installed on the back of the touchphone, it is located at the top centre. To the left of it is a 3.2 megapixel camera capable of taking pictures at a resolution of 2048x1536 pixels. The camera has autofocus and LED flash. The back cover occupies the entire back of the phone.
The slot for connecting microSD memory cards is located under the cover on the left side. Hot-swappable microSD cards are supported.
There is no micro USB connector.

Communications:

Bluetooth — version 2.1 with EDR support. There is no Wi-Fi module.
When connected to a computer via a USB interface, the following connection modes are available: phone and memory card are visible as a removable media; connection via PC Studio — provides access to all functions, Printer mode. Simultaneous use of Bluetooth and USB functions is not supported. The USB data transfer speed is 5 Mb/s.
Your phone's battery is being charged while connected to a computer.

Camera:

Seven options for image resolution are available — from 320x240 to 2048x1536 pixels.
Available shooting modes — single shot, continuous, matrix shooting, adding a frame.
Colour effects — grey, negative, sepia, relief, sketch, vintage photo, moonlight, fog.
The white balance mode is automatically adjusted, or you can choose one of four additional modes — daylight, cloudy, incandescent, fluorescent colour.
The maximum ISO sensitivity is 800.
Built-in self-timer, which will automatically take a picture after a certain time. And also, to improve the positioning of objects in the frame, you can turn on a special mode — "grid", which will divide the screen with intersecting vertical and horizontal lines. There is an option to disable the shutter sound.
The video recording resolution is 320x240 pixels, the file recording format is mpeg4, there are no time limits for shooting video, it is possible to record without sound, as well as a special video recording mode for MMS messages.

The principle of work with SIM-cards:

The phone has two slots for SIM-cards. It does not matter in which order the cards are installed, when you turn on the phone, it is possible to assign a default card. You can name the cards by any name and choose a preset picture for them.
When a call comes in, the display shows which card the call is going to.
You will not be able to install the profile separately on different SIM cards. It is installed as a whole on the phone. That is, it will not work to set one call on one card, and the "silent" mode on the other.
Switching between SIM-cards is carried out by a key located on the right side end. Entries from both SIM cards are displayed in the phone book, the number of the SIM card on which it is recorded is displayed next to the entry, and up to 1000 additional entries can be stored in the phone's memory.

Interface Features:

The user interface allows you to customize your phone's desktop to suit your needs. To do this, just drag the most frequently used widgets to the desktop. They are displayed in a vertical bar on the left side of the screen. This panel can be hidden. The number of displayed widgets in the sidebar can be changed — supplemented and removed.
At the bottom of the screen is displayed not hidden shortcut bar through which you can get quick access to dialing, phone book and menu.
There is no virtual QWERTY keyboard, as well as an accelerometer.
There are three desktops, the menu is also divided into three separate parts. All control takes place by touching the corresponding icon or menu on the touch screen with your finger. The stylus is not included.
There is a built-in image editor.
There are 5 alarms available, each of which can be set for specific days of the week.
There is an interesting feature — a message for help. Initially, up to 5 subscriber numbers are entered, which will then receive an emergency message for help in the language selected in the phone interface. The text of the message does not change. The function is activated after 4 presses on the volume key. If the subscriber calls you back, the call will be accepted automatically.
Built-in memory size is 30 MB, memory cards up to 8 GB are supported. You can store up to 300 SMS messages on your phone.
