i recommend buying for 2k

good card, temperature under slight overclocking (2100 on the core frequency and +200 to the memory frequency) 65 degrees in a well-ventilated case, I don't recommend buying the OC version, get this one

Very quiet cooling
the backlight is a useless quibble, of course, but still, and of course 8 GB if you want to play in 4k, this is not enough, but enough for 2k

I do not recommend cards with continuous blow-through, or you'll have to engage in makeshift solutions.

Killed 1 of the RAM modules, it failed due to overheating, excellent decision by NVIDIA and vendors to direct 70-80 degree air onto RAM which already performs poorly at 60 degrees and starts throwing errors.

nVIDIA got greedy with video memory.

a powerful chip that can handle any game, well, almost.
there is not enough video memory already, Doom Eternal with ray tracing on Ultra Nightmare at the beginning of the first DLC is already lagging at 25 FPS, DLSS is not helping. In 2K resolution, everything is really bad. True, there are very few such games, but still a persistent downside.
