A powerful solution from the NVIDIA Blackwell (2025) line, which combines pre-top-level performance and an updated design with an emphasis on versatility. The card is based on the GB-203 GPU, demonstrating a significant performance increase due to improvements in the Blackwell architecture. GB-203 is a high-performance solution in which the number of CUDA cores has increased to 10752, and the structure of the RT and Tensor cores has been optimized. These architectural improvements made it possible to achieve a performance increase of about 30% in ray tracing and AI-related tasks. Along with the Blackwell video cards, NVIDIA also introduced the fourth version of the DLSS complex with an updated neural engine, an improved algorithmic upscaler, and a new multi-frame generation system (generat...es three frames at a time instead of one in DLSS 3). According to NVIDIA, using all the capabilities of DLSS 4 can increase the average FPS in games by 4-8 times without losing image quality and noticeably increasing input lag. NVIDIA equipped the RTX 5080 with 16 GB of GDDR7 memory on a 256-bit bus. It is noteworthy that this is the only model in the RTX 50 series with the fastest 30 Gbps memory. The RTX 5080 has a TDP of 360 W (40 W more than its predecessor, the RTX 4080), and to supply energy to the entire PC, the manufacturer recommends using a power supply with a capacity of at least 850 W. The INNO3D GeForce RTX 5080 X3 OC WHITE modification is made in white and is equipped with a 2.5-slot cooling system with three fans, seven heat pipes, and a massive evaporation chamber.
