Progress on the face

Inno3D GeForce GTX 1650 Super Twin X2 OC is perhaps the most progressive graphics card from the entire NVIDIA Super series. The original GTX 1650, recall, contains 896 Turing architecture stream processors and GDDR5 memory with an effective frequency of 8 GHz. Initially, only a small increase in performance was expected from the Super-update — 1024 stream processors and GDDR5X with a frequency of 10, well, a maximum of 11 GHz.

But the final characteristics of the GeForce GTX 1650 Super really surprised: the number of micro-cores has grown to 1280 pcs, and the memory was installed with GDDR6 with a frequency, if not a record 16, but still a very solid 14 GHz. It's just a pity that the amount of video memory is, as before, only 4 GB. The thermal package of the graphics accelerator at the same time increased from 75 to 100 watts. Because of this, it has become difficult to keep the temperature in games at a comfortable level (up to 70 °C) with just one fan, it is wiser to choose a modification with a dual-fan cooling system.

Two for the price of one

It was then that Inno3D GeForce GTX 1650 Super Twin X2 OC showed itself with a cooler made of an aluminium radiator, two copper heat pipes and a pair of turntables. At the same time, the price of the two-fan Inno3D is on the same level as the single-fan of other brands. Highly efficient Cooling system allows the graphics card not only to operate very quietly at the factory frequency, but also to experiment with manual overclocking. And taking into account the fact that the frequency of the GTX 1650 Super is initially even lower than that of the regular GTX 1650, it is a sin not to use overclocking.

For the low-cost gamer

Moreover, an increase in the number of Turing micro-cores, an increase in memory bandwidth to 192 GB / s and an additional 6-pin power connector that removes the TDP limit, allowed the Inno3D GeForce GTX 1650 Super Twin X2 OC to overtake the original GTX 1650 almost one and a half times and almost catch up with the more expensive GTX 1660. The latter, however, has already been replaced by the more performant GTX 1660 Super. If we recommend the GTX 1650 Super for building a gaming PC with a FullHD monitor, then the GTX 1660 Super is for a QuadHD resolution.
