Pros

Cons

Stunning headphones for this price for listening to songs and sound processing!
12 November 2018
I purchased these headphones specifically for recording and editing let's plays on YouTube, but after listening to a couple of my favorite songs in them, I fell in love with them completely :D
Apart from the magnificent, fairly loud, balanced "clean" and spacious sound with moderately powerful and "springy" bass that doesn’t overshadow other instruments and vocals; with balanced mid and high frequencies - they are also lightweight and fit very comfortably and snugly on the head, even with a winter hat.
If you're choosing headphones with a budget up to $90-100, these are your option. They're comfortable for listening to and processing music/vocals; watching movies; playing games, so feel free to buy them - you won't regret it!
Crystal clear, sufficiently loud, surround, and balanced sound with moderately powerful and "springy" bass; comfortably sit on the head; excellent noise isolation level; practical design; lightness, simplicity, and reliability of the construction; a nice bonus in the form of a remote with a built-in medium-quality microphone and buttons for controlling volume/pause/playback/music rewind, you won't need to take your smartphone out of your pocket to switch songs and accept/end calls.
Didn't find any. For their price (I purchased them for $90), they are simply perfect.
Micheluse Sennheiser HD 4.30 few months
great model, love it
17 August 2017
Sennheiser is my favorite among headphone manufacturers. Yes, there are devices from other manufacturers that sound much better than this model. But their price would definitely scare off 99% of all potential buyers. And I've always liked Sennheisers for their excellent price-to-sound quality ratio. Moreover, they've never released anything blatantly bad. I bought my first pair from this company 10 years ago, second-hand. They were brand new HD201s and they're still going strong, right now they're next to me, connected to the computer. From them, I realized that even affordable headphones for $25 can sound quite decent if you find the right amplifier. Then there were earbuds, an in-ear model, and finally, three weeks ago, I got this model.
The sound is exactly how I like it. The bass is good, rich, and sharp, but what's important is that it doesn't overpower everything else. If you listen to a good quality lossless instrumental, you can distinguish each instrument if you listen closely. I won't say they sound divine, but it's the best I've heard, especially in terms of detail. But it's not only about the sound, as they say. They are well-made and built to last. Good quality plastic, precise assembly, soft ear cushions that conform to the shape of the ear. Despite their impressive appearance, they weigh up to two hundred grams.
They look excessively bulky, but I realized this only after I bought and tried them on. I have a small head, so there's a slight mismatch. Low internal resistance is not very good for some built-in amplifiers.

Sennheiser is a German brand that has rightfully earned itself a big name and a reputation for producing high-quality audio products. "Sinha" HD 4.30 at a price of about 100 USD is another nod to music lovers and audiophiles looking for inexpensive headphones with branded sound.

Simple but tasteful

The model meets with a discreet, but ergonomic design. It is offered in two colours: white and black. It has a headband adjustment with a good margin, a folding design. The assembly is reliable, everything is adjusted to the millimetre, nothing creaks, no backlash, in general, a feast for the eyes and comfort. Soft, albeit unnecessarily massive in appearance , eco-leather ear pads are filled with memory foam. The fit is comfortable and enveloping. Passive noise isolation is excellent.

Control for Android and iOS

The model is offered in two cable options. You can take it with a remote control for Android or iOS devices. The variants differ in indices G and I, respectively. The cable is detachable, and not long (only 1.4 m), ends with a standard mini-Jack connector. You can freely move around in the headphones on the street, and, when necessary, hide them in the soft fabric case that comes with the kit.

Low frequency energy

You will like the sound with juicy elastic bass, which, at the same time, does not clog the rest of the frequencies. Everything is heard in quite detail, unless, of course, listening in lossless. Pleased with a decent volume margin of 120 dB. Paired with the already mentioned passive noise isolation, no rumble of the street or traffic is terrible. Sound is enough.

Sennheiser HD 4.30 will surprise the inexperienced listener with a decent sound, and the sophisticated listener will at least be satisfied. A win-win choice for your money.
