Sports smartwatch with GPS module, optical heart rate sensor and smart alarm clock. They have an impressive plastic case weighing 63 g, inserted into a comfortable rubber strap. Demonstrate complete dust and water resistance (IPX8, immersion up to 10 m), can be used in the pool. The watch runs on the Android Wear operating system, which supports the Google Fit software platform. They have dedicated profiles for different types of sports activity (running, cycling/exercise/aquafitness/gym, etc.), and these profiles have useful customizable features.
So, for example, for each of the profiles, you can set the allowable limits of the heart rate, which allows you to qualitatively optimize and dose physical activity. The calculation of the number of steps, the distance traveled, the speed of running / walking, the energy costs of the body in calories works. To sync with your smartphone and transfer the collected sports data to the dedicated Polar Flow app, use the wireless bluetooth or Wi-Fi interface.
Smartphones with Android operating system (from version 4.3 and higher) or iOS (from version 8.2 and higher) are supported. In addition, the gadget can perform the standard duties of a smartwatch, namely: display notifications of incoming calls and messages, receive voice calls in Bluetooth headset mode, and allows you to use a voice assistant. The charge of the built-in rechargeable battery with a capacity of 500 mAh is enough for two days of operation of the device in active mode.
