The MSI Optix MAG271CR screen uses a fast VA-matrix substrate with a 1ms response time (when switching from grey pixel to grey) and a high refresh rate of 144Hz. The monitor relies on AMD Free-Sync adaptive frame sync technology to avoid tearing. High static contrast ratio (3000:1) and 115% coverage of the sRGB "triangle" colour space increase the attractiveness of the device in the eyes of users involved in graphics processing. The shelf of branded "buns" on board the model also includes Anti-Flicker and Less Blue Light technologies — screen flicker suppression and blue lig...ht intensity reduction, respectively.
