Excellent response, noticeable fluidity of text display at 165 Hz, AMD FreeSync Premium works great. The image is impressive, especially the size! Your eyes feel relaxed on it after the professional Dell UP2719D. There is no inter-pixel flicker in color gradients, which is noticeable compared to the Dell UP2719D, but there is slight banding if you specifically look for it; the matrix provides true 8-bit without FRC. There are no dead pixels. The menu is convenient - you won't get lost, and the joystick is precise and sturdy. There's a KVM switch, but I haven't used it yet. The stand is convenient, and if there's limited space on the desk, the keyboard fits easily without wobbling. the DisplayPort cable could be a bit longer, couldn't find Crosshair in the menu for games. use Gigabyte M32Q less than month |
Poor matrix quality. I have already changed 3 such monitors, on each of them hot pixels appeared after the 4th (red), 5th (green) and 8th (red) days, respectively. Color reproduction, brightness, frequency, additional connectors, stand, KVM switch. Dead pixels, one of 3 copies has strong light. |
Overall, I am satisfied with the monitor. I've been using it for almost a year, and I got used to the pixel grid (yes, 2K for 32" is not an ideal solution) within the first 2 days. I liked the convenient joystick settings, the overall excellent image quality, and the fast response time (165Hz or 120Hz — my eyes can't tell the difference). I didn't like the wide stand, as my previous 28" monitor had a much more compact one, and most importantly, I couldn't achieve smooth video playback. If the picture is moving and there's an object on a contrasting background, it appears choppy. This issue doesn't occur in games, but it's present when watching videos (both in players and on YouTube). I have to use an additional utility that interpolates frames in the video (AviSynth). In all other aspects, it's an excellent monitor. I would buy it again without hesitation. Response speed in games, bright enough, convenient menu, no dead pixels. I didn't like watching the video content. |
