Profitable Tandem
Maxsun MoDT 12450H ITX WIFI — a compact Mini-ITX form factor motherboard with a pre-installed Core i5-12450H processor. Originally, this chip was intended for laptops, as indicated by the H index, but here it is adapted for desktop use and protected by a heat distribution cover. The processor combines four high-performance Alder Lake cores with Hyper-Threading support and four energy-efficient Gracemont cores, providing a total of 12 computational threads.
Unlocked Turbo Boost
The power subsystem is built on a 5+1 phase scheme and uses digital power elements DrMOS with a current load of up to 50 A per phase. This reserve is sufficient for the stable operation of the processor with a base thermal package of 45 W and increased power consumption up to 95 W in Turbo Boost mode. The built-in Intel UHD Graphics with 48 execution units will allow you to manage without a discrete graphics card at the initial stages of the build. An enhanced PCI-Express 4.0 x8 slot with a metal frame is provided for the installation of a full-fledged graphics adapter.
Triple Set of Storage and Network Interfaces
Despite only measuring 17×17 cm, the board supports three NVMe SSDs, one of which is located on the back of the PCB. An additional M.2 Key-E slot is occupied by an Intel AC-9560 wireless module supporting Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth. For wired network connections, there are two Ethernet ports with data transfer speeds of 1 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps, making the board a versatile solution for both a home PC and a compact server.
