Balanced unbuffered M.2 SSD with a capacity of 1.2 TB featuring a high-speed PCIe Gen4 x4 interface, NVMe 1.4 protocol support, and 3D QLC NAND memory. Designed as a caseless module 2280 with a width of 22mm and a length of 80mm. A graphene heat-spreader sticker and single-sided component mounting on the PCB allow its use in densely packed systems. Positioned as a mid-range product for 2025. Stands out for moderate cost for its capacity, low data access time, respectable I/O performance, and a high sequential read speed up to 6000 MB/s, which significantly exceeds the performance of the best PCIe Gen3 models. The Lexar NQ780 LNQ780X001T SSD is intended for multi-purpose household and entry/mid-range gaming systems and laptops. It fully meets the official technical requirements of...the Sony PlayStation 5 console for memory expansion. The hardware basis of this model is the InnoGrit IG5236 controller, which uses 144-layer 3D QLC NAND memory for storing user data. wonderful model, really honored

Purchased for 2799 EUR, this is the perfect solution for quickly loading systems and games. The SSD already comes with an attached graphene heatsink, so for those with a motherboard with heatsinks, it can be easily removed from the SSD; just make sure to do it carefully. The SSD does not overheat. I will add photos without the graphene heatsink to the description.
Does its job perfectly. 5-year warranty
The graphene radiator was immediately glued on, as if I could have just put it on separately.
