A mini-ITX motherboard from Gigabyte that is part of the 2022 Aorus Pro line. Equipped with an LGA 1700 processor socket, running the B660 system logic, sharpened for the 12th and 13th generation Intel Core hardware platform (Alder Lake and Raptor Lake). It is an ideal candidate for building a compact, aesthetically pleasing yet powerful gaming PC. Thanks to the use of high-end components and a 10-phase power converter, the Gigabyte B660I AORUS PRO DDR4 can become a reliable foundation for a small-sized but powerful system with a Core i5 / Core i7 processor, a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card and a significant amount of memory.

The most rational use of the board will be assembling in a compact Mini Tower / Cube Case with a viewing window, since Gigabyte designers have rethought the RGB FUSION 2.0 backlight control system specifically for the 2022 Aorus models. The stability of the work is ensured by a whole protective complex, including proprietary VRM-zone radiators, heat pipes, Thermal Guard radiators, as well as numerous thermal sensors running Smart Fan 6 software.

The layout of the Gigabyte B660I AORUS PRO DDR4 slots provides various options for organizing a high-speed M.2 drives and standard HDDs and SSDs with a SATA3 connector. Adaptive Daisy Chain technology allows you to use the full power of the PCI-E 4.0 data bus, significantly speeding up the exchange of data between the drive, RAM and video card memory. For the organization of RAM, 2 DIMM slots are provided with support for dual-channel operation and XMP technology. Even though only DDR4 format is supported, the maximum frequency of connected modules can reach 5333 MHz, which is almost identical to the speed of popular DDR5 memory modules. Network traffic is processed by an Intel controller with a bandwidth of 2.5 GB / s and a pre-installed Wi-Fi 6 wireless receiver.
