D-Link DIR-841 (DIR-841/RU/A1A)

Powerful dual-band router supporting Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) wireless networks and MU-MIMO 2x2 multi-stream data transfer technology. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category in 2019, designed to organize a full-featured wireless and/or cable network in a city apartment, detached house or small office (up to four stationary PCs). For an incoming connection to the provider's network, a WAN port with a bandwidth of up to 100 Mbps is provided.

As a hardware basis for the D-Link DIR-841 router, a combination of a performant Realtek processor with a powerful radio module and four external antennas with a gain of 5 dBi is used. This hardware configuration allows you to establish a high peak speed of wireless connections (867 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and up to 300 Mbps at 2.4 GHz), and four LAN ports will help organize a small local cable network. The router provides comfortable surfing, easily handles with routing high-quality IPTV broadcasts, cloud services, gaming, VPN traffic and heavy load created by clients of peer-to-peer file sharing networks.
