The Asus X415FA are low-cost entry-level ultrabooks designed for when you don't need performance miracles from a device. Suitable for office work, study, teaching, video communication and multimedia entertainment. Belonging to the low-cost segment imposes certain restrictions on functionality and computing capabilities. In most modifications, the iron “stuffing” is limited to modest 2-core Intel Core i3 chips, less often models with 4-core Core i5 (10th generation, Comet Lake) are on sale. They are complemented by 8GB of RAM and an inexpensive 256GB SSD. Graphics are handled by the integrated Intel UHD graphics card. To display the image, a fairly simple 14-inch display based on a TN + film matrix with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, small viewing angles and anti-glare coating is installed, which is useful for working in bright light, when the sun's rays hit the laptop screen directly. The network controller with a built-in wireless receiver (Wi-Fi 5 + Bluetooth 4.1) is responsible for processing network traffic. An external monitor can be connected to the HDMI output. Additional equipment includes a card reader and modern connection ports (USB C and HDMI). In order to save space, the Num-block was moved from the right edge of the keyboard to the touchpad, designing it in the style of the Zenbook series ultrabooks. To protect user data, there is a built-in cryptographic module used for data encryption and secure authentication in corporate networks.
