A high-end dual-section liquid cooling system designed to cool near-top Ryzen 7 and Core i7 caliber processors in manual overclocking mode. Like most competitors, this LSS belongs to the all-in-one format and is assembled according to Asetek reference drawings. The basis of the system is a massive radiator and a pump with a water block, which are connected to each other with the help of several hoses for liquid distillation. And for active cooling, a pair of 140-mm fans based on hydrodynamic bearings is responsible. A signature feature of the LSS ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 280 is an additional 40mm fan, which is mounted directly into the water block to provide additional cooling of the near-socket space. The speed of rotation of the pump and fans on the radiators are regulated using PWM tech...nology. Fans can operate in the range from 200 to 1700 rpm, and the pump speed can reach 2000 rpm. And the pump unit itself was made relatively compact so that it does not interfere with the installation of memory modules with massive heat sinks. Such a flexible approach allowed not only to increase the cooling efficiency of the system, but also to minimize the noise level that the LSS emits at peak load on the processor.

Good water without complaints and with excellent design
17 July 2021
The first AIO in my life. Bought it for an i7-11700 processor (without overclocking).
It was important that the tubes protrude from the top, not the side, as is often the case, so they don't interfere with the RAM. This cooling system has such a design.
Besides, it looks great, and is easy to install (I, doing this for the first time, assembled it without much trouble in about 15-20 minutes).
The processor temperature stays at a good level - around 50-60 degrees.
The famous micro-fan that cools the motherboard itself runs quietly. I can't say how well it actually cools the mobo, but let it work))
The hoses are not connected on the side - the water tube does not block access to the RAM slots. The package includes thermal paste. Connecting just one wire to the motherboard is enough - everything is strict and concise.
Some people may not like the design; it's clearly not for everybody.
