The Freezer lineup includes high-end liquid cooling systems where nothing is superfluous, and every engineering solution is aimed at improving quality or increasing efficiency. All Freezer LSSs are all-in-one, made according to Danish references from Asetek and consist of a micro-channel water block with a quiet pump and an aluminium heatsink with one or more fans. Such LSS are often called closed-cycle systems, since, unlike custom dropsies, here all the elements are already ready for assembly. Hoses and fittings are matched to each other, all socket fasteners are in the box, and the system itself after installation does not need maintenance and replacement of coolant.

LSS Freezer have a number of advantages, which the manufacturer focuses on. To begin with, it is necessary to note the auxiliary fan with a diameter of 40 mm, which is mounted directly on the water block cover. It is necessary for additional airflow around the socket space and the VRM zone. Also, all representatives of this family have a hidden wiring system and are extremely easy to install. On top of that, they are very quiet. And this applies to work both at maximum and at minimum speeds.

The most common ARCTIC Liquid Freezers on sale are medium sizes with a pair of fans and a 240 or 280 inch heatsink. The former are usually used to cool AMD Ryzen and Intel processors of the Mainstream and Performance class. But models with a 280-inch radiator demonstrate the same efficiency as massive coolers with three coolers, so it’s best to use them in tandem with a Core i9 / Ryzen 9 level CPU. In second place are massive dropsies with RGB / ARGB backlighting and three fans with a diameter of 120 or 140 mm. These crumbs are ready to cool the ardor of even the most powerful HEDT-class processor, while emitting a minimum of noise. But single-section models with a compact radiator are almost never found in the Liquid Freezer series.
