Help me figure it out, should it crackle at maximum speed?
She is beautiful, that's a big plus.
Build quality, configuration, and appearance: 5/5, but...
After installation, setup, and testing in Aida64, OCCT, and OCCT + CPU Burner from FurMark, we have a crackle comparable to cicadas on a July evening.

I just can't understand how a pump in the upper price range can make such a crackling noise when operating at maximum.
