I have long had the impression that Sony makes audio equipment not only and not so much for a large market, but for its fans and just people who know how to appreciate a really high-quality audio product. The most striking confirmation of this thesis is the skyrocketing price of this device. Not only will everyone give almost 400 bucks for it, few will be able to do it (c) But I wormed my way just among those who were ready to part with this considerable amount. I already had a top-end smartphone from Sony, but such cool ears were just not enough. 1. Design. Laconic, minimalist, utilitarian and sophisticated at the same time. I don’t know who worked on their appearance there, but the person is clearly talented. 2. Sound. I won’t say that I am a mega-super expert in the field of sound, but this is the best of what I have heard in my life. And I did listen to a lot of things. The sound is fabulous, I can’t even believe that this can be in bluetooth headphones. But there's also the matter of the proprietary LDAC codec that uses both a smartphone and headphones. 3. Convenience. With this, Sony sometimes has glitches, but not this time. Headphones sit on the head easily and do not tyre at all even with prolonged listening. And thanks to a good battery, listening can be very long, I personally drove them to music for about 11 hours and there was still a charge left. It is also convenient to receive calls in headset mode, the microphone is excellent, you can hear me clearly and clearly. 4. Active noise cancellation. I specially took a model with this feature, it works great in the subway. Price. I repeat, but only a few will be able to pay more than 10,000 hryvnias for these unconditionally good ears. Insufficiently long audio cable with a minijack (most likely it will not be needed, but still). |
