The most affordable device in the anniversary series of Meizu smartphones, released in honor of the company's 15th anniversary, belongs to the genus of strong middlings. The “iron” part of the device is based on the Snapdragon 626 chip in the company of 4 GB of RAM and an internal drive with a capacity of 32 GB. Less than real

Unusual to see this in 2018, however, the proportions of the Meizu 15 Lite display are classic 16:9. Which, combined with thin bezels and a compact display, makes the smartphone feel smaller than it really is. And it sits comfortably in the hand.

Outwardly, Meizu 15 Lite subtly resembles any other device of the company. But thanks to the combination of almost imperceptible side frames with a wide bottom and a round control button, it subtly differs from them. It looks like an out-of-wedlock child of the iPhone 8 and Samsung Galaxy S8, whose side edges have been worn away by water.

Optimal display size

Meizu 15 Lite is equipped with a 5.46-inch IPS display (1920x1080 resolution), which is covered with Gorilla Glass of the fifth revision. It is difficult to say something unambiguous about the quality of the screen, it is not bad, but there are not enough stars from the sky. Among the shortcomings, it is worth noting an excessively cold range with a deviation in green and blue, as well as white with a grey tint.

The smartphone is based on the Snapdragon 625 processor. On the one hand, these are 8 cores at 2.2 GHz, on the other hand, it is not a new chipset, which will soon turn 3 years old. By modern standards, it does not shine in synthetic tests, but in fact it shows good performance and easily pulls quite demanding games like Asphalt 8 or Marvel Contest of Champions. Confidently straining this iron is only a very voracious PUBG.

Optimized energy consumption

The smartphone has a 3000 mAh battery, which is quite standard for this class, which, thanks to the not too large screen and optimal filling, can withstand one and a half to two days of work in standard mode or 3 to 4 days in gentle mode. This is a pretty good result. Otherwise, in terms of Meizu 15 Lite, it does not surprise or disappoint in any way — the camera is not bad, there is a fingerprint scanner, there is fast charging Meizu mCharge with USB-C, NFC, unfortunately, no.
