The Epson EcoTank ET-2810 MFP is positioned as a mid-price product aimed at demanding home users who need a versatile and moderately productive inkjet processor with a modest printing cost. The relatively low cost of ownership of such a device is explained by the fact that the cost of ink containers is much less than the price of traditional cartridges, while the volume of ink in the containers is 8-10 times larger. The initial supply of ink is sufficient for output of 3600 prints of monochrome documents and 6500 color documents. Standard quality b/w and color print speeds of 10 and 5 ppm are sufficient for home office needs.
