Rare Exhibit
Chieftec The Cube is a case of a cube shape, which is rare by today's standards, and it is styled to resemble a Hi-Fi subwoofer. Behind the fabric front panel hides an impressive 20-centimeter fan with PWM control and an HDB hydraulic bearing. A similar propeller can be installed on top as well—under the flip-top lid that opens like a sports car door.
Variability
As an alternative to the top fan, a liquid cooling system in the 240 mm format with two sections can be installed. An air tower-type CPU cooler fits up to 16 cm in height, and the discrete graphics card length can reach 33.5 cm. The power supply is formally restricted to a length of 16 cm, but the 3.5-inch hard drive cage can be dismantled if desired.
Mini Basket
A separate compact basket is provided for 2.5" SSD solid-state drives, which can also be removed to free up additional space for cable management. Small dust filters are located under the power supply unit and in the video card area. The latter, given the cubic layout of the case, is installed vertically, while the Micro-ATX motherboard is positioned horizontally.
