High-performance computer power supply unit from Chieftec with a power reserve of 850 W, support for the ATX 3.0 power standard, and high energy distribution efficiency (80+ Gold standard, 90% efficiency). The model is part of the relatively new Atmos power supply line and is positioned as a modern and highly reliable solution for gaming PCs and workstations equipped with powerful graphics cards from Radeon and NVIDIA supporting the PCIe 5.0 power standard. The design uses Japanese capacitors Nippon Chemi-Con, ensuring long service life and high device reliability. The main power scheme is built on an SRC Full-bridge converter using DC-to-DC technology, which allows for maximum efficient load distribution. Active PFC and a semi-passive cooling syst...em provide optimal energy consumption and operational stability under any loads, from moderate to peak. The IN1S429I-DCG protection chip ensures the power supply's safety, providing overvoltage, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection. According to the manufacturer, the 120 mm Hong Hua fan with a hydraulic bearing guarantees low noise levels and long service life at all load levels. When power consumption is below 200 W, the power supply switches to ECO mode, disabling the fan to reduce noise. The manufacturer's official warranty is 5 years.

Maybe it was defective, but it worked for a little over a year
28 January 2026
Bought at the end of 2024 for this setup: Ryzen 7 7700 + RX6800XT (I chose this power supply to have some room for future system upgrades in a few years). I was happy with the previous 500 or 550W unit from this brand - no issues for 7-8 years of operation. I went through a lot of reviews, tests. Everything seemed fine. Worked in ECO mode - quietly, all good. But in January 2026, I heard a pop while gaming and everything went dark. Took the PC to repair - the power supply was dead =( And the warranty was only for a year...
Quiet operation, modularity
Worked for a year and one or two months

Chose this power supply after watching a bunch of reviews. I was looking for one with a PCIe 5.0 (12VHPWR) connector. No complaints about its performance. It works quietly and there are no foreign noises. The only thing is that when turning it off, at the very end, there's a not-so-pleasant click, but it doesn't affect the performance. I've been using it for a year.
Well-known brand, Japanese capacitors, eco mode available
