Personally, at the moment, I have several similar gadgets for comparison, specifically the CAT S60, CAT S61, and Blackview BV9900 Pro. To be honest, I haven't used them in particularly extreme conditions yet, but they've withstood a few falls onto the floor and concrete from 1-2 meters without any issues. The Flir camera works flawlessly (purchased specifically for the thermal imager) and all the manufacturer's claimed functions work correctly so far. I think that quality control will, of course, fall short compared to Caterpillar, but if you don't encounter a factory defect, everything will be great, because there are no complaints about the quality of the components and assembly. I specifically disassembled and compared the internals of the Blackview BV9900 Pro and Cat S61, and believe me, everything is quite good. Especially considering the price difference between the Cat S62 and Blackview BV9900 Pro. withstood several drops to the floor and onto concrete from 1-2 meters without problems.
