Mid-low-cost in a metal and glass case, made to match the modern trends in smartphone construction. The assets of the model include a “long” screen with a diagonal of 5.7" and a picture resolution of 2160x1080 pixels, a dual camera from the rear, a face scanner and a USB-C port for charging and exchanging data “over the wire”. The basis of the “underhood hardware” of the gadget was the 8-core Snapdragon 450 processor, which is close in characteristics to the 625th “dragon” from Qualcomm.

In a spike with 3 GB of RAM and Adreno 506 graphics, the hardware platform of the device demonstrates nimble responsiveness in everyday tasks and an acceptable level of performance in not the most "heavy" games. On store shelves, the model is presented in two configurations: with an internal drive of 32 GB and a data storage of 64 GB (the version with more memory is additionally equipped with an NFC chip). The photographic side of the ZTE Blade V9 32GB is represented by a tandem of 16 + 5 MP rear cameras (the second module serves to blur the background when shooting in portrait mode) and an 8 MP front camera. The smartphone “feeds” from a rechargeable battery with a capacity of over 3000 mAh, on a single charge, which provides about 6 hours of screen activity.
