Successful and popular among gamers and low-cost-conscious enthusiasts is a tower-style CPU cooler with U-shaped heat pipes, a developed heatsink and a high-performance 120mm fan. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, which is able to cool processors with increased heat dissipation (up to 150 W) without any problems. It has a moderate height (152 mm) and can be easily installed in Middle Tower computer cases with a width of 180 mm or more. The design of the device includes five heat pipes with a copper heat spreader plate, a profiled aluminium radiator and an axial fan (120 mm) with a durable bearing. The Zalman CNPS10X Performa CPU cooler is able to handle the heat dissipation of moderately overclocked Mainstream/Performance class CPUs. Compatible with motherboards e...quipped with Intel LGA115X/1366/2011/2011-v3/2066 and AMD AM3(+)/AM2(+)/FM2(+)/FM1 processor sockets. Due to the lack of mounts, it does not support the AMD AM4 platform. Can also be used with select Intel HEDT processors, including 8/10 core Core i9-7900X/7800X models. The rotation speed is regulated by the PWM method in the range from 900 to 2000 rpm, which makes it possible to balance between cooling efficiency and acoustic comfort.

Model overview based on user reviews
The Zalman CNPS10X Performa ST is a CPU cooler known for its effective cooling capabilities, thanks to its large radiator area and multiple copper heat pipes. Users appreciate its ability to maintain low temperatures, with one noting an idle temperature of 34-35 degrees on an i5 9600k. However, the included fan is criticized for being very noisy, especially above 1200 rpm, making it unsuitable for those seeking a quiet build. Installation can be challenging, particularly on AMD sockets, with reports of defective mounting brackets and the need for additional tools like a mini screwdriver. Despite these issues, the cooler is praised for its affordable price and solid performance, offering a good balance between cost and cooling efficiency.
Pros

Cons

If you need a quiet assembly - the fan is immediately thrown into the trash. The radiator is very cool.

The height of the radiator is relatively low. The heaviness of aluminium and copper is felt, there are a lot of copper tubes, which in practice give an excellent result. The included fan is very noisy.
i5 9600k (on socket 1151) in idle heats up to 34-35 degrees. I did not twist anything in the BIOS, I just inserted it and use it.
FAN. The fan is VERY noisy. It starts making noise already at 1200 rpm, if you need a quiet build, then do not put this radiator together with the fan that comes with it.

I've heard this item is called the "people's cooler". I don't know. The impression left was not good.

Bought a few days ago from an online store in Kharkiv to replace the boxed AMD on AM3. The AMD clip wasn’t included at all (luckily I didn't need it), BUT the defective AM3 clamping brackets are too much. Specifically, their ends aren’t bent like a step towards the board, but straight as if they came from under a roller. But I only realized they were defective when I started screwing in the radiator. To install the AMD plate, I had to completely remove the motherboard. I regret that I realized the defect too late, the gaskets under the plate were already far from their pristine condition, thermal paste was used, so there was no hope for a replacement. In short, I bent the plates using a vise and pliers as needed and with difficulty managed to secure the radiator, because screwing bolts with the "device" from the kit is just "a song". That's what happens when you go for something cheap (270 UAH). It seemed like a counterfeit to me, although the box said Made in Korea. Could be a defective batch, who knows. Despite everything, the CPU temperature dropped by 5-7 degrees both idle and under load, according to AIDA.
Large radiator area, large and fairly quiet fan
Mounting and installation on AMD(AM3) is a complete mess.

good model, like it

A very tempting price, why pay 100 bucks if you can save 3 times for the same performance. I have enough power, the processor and the mother do not heat up at all, there is also zero noise, the only thing missing from the kit was a screwdriver.
The cooler itself is fastened very well, there are brackets with pads, even if someone’s is loose or doesn’t fit tightly, it’s really almost silent when compared to a laptop; the volume of a system unit with such a cooler will be about the same volume, it takes up quite a bit of space in the drawer, it also has 8 copper tubes are directly connected to it and you can attach the second valve from above.
Thermal paste has a strong consistency, I thought it would be more liquid and there’s nothing to smear it with, already at home these plastic forks and knives are gone, and there’s nothing to screw it to the motherboard with, you need a mini screwdriver, if you don’t have it, don’t even touch the knives, you’ll just break everything to hell.
