Affordable, high-performance and versatile CPU air cooler with a traditional U-shaped layout of five copper heat pipes, a single-section aluminium heatsink and an adjustable 120mm LED fan. To reduce thermal resistance, the technology of direct contact of the tubes with the processor heat spreader cover is used. The manufacturer positions it as a mid-range product designed for use with Intel and AMD processors of the Mainstream/Performance class with a heat dissipation level of up to 160 W.

It is able to remove and dissipate much more heat than complete boxed cooling systems. May be recommended for long-term use with CPUs operating in moderate overclocking mode (without a significant increase in supply voltage). The Vinga CL3008B cooler has moderate overall dimensions (height 155 mm) and is compatible with most full-size computer cases of the popular MiniTower and MiddleTower formats. A powerful 120 mm fan with LED backlight, durable Hydraulic Bearing and PWM control is capable of spinning a 9-blade impeller up to 1500 rpm, providing a capacity of up to 1.84 m3 of air per minute at a moderate noise level of up to 26 dB.
