Size matters

Thermaltake Floe DX RGB 280 TT Premium Edition is the flagship 280mm CPU liquid cooler. The heat dissipation area of its radiator is 39 cm², while the 240 mm Thermaltake Floe DX RGB 240 TT Premium and 360 mm Thermaltake Floe DX RGB 360 TT Premium have 29 and 43 cm², respectively. That is, a relatively compact 280 is almost as efficient as a long and therefore difficult to fit 360.

The Floe DX RGB 280 TT PE radiator is connected via a pair of 33 cm long elastic tubes to a pump that provides uninterrupted refrigerant supply thanks to a 3600 rpm electric motor. Numerous microchannels are made inside the copper base of the pump to maximize the absorption of heat from the processor. Externally, the pump is decorated with addressable ARGB illumination. This means that each LED can be configured individually through the native TT RGB Plus app or third party Razer Chroma.

Two 14 cm Riing Duo RGB fans received similar address lighting. Moreover, both the blades and the outer side of the frame are highlighted. The rotation speed is adjustable from 500 to 1400 rpm, and the noise level does not exceed an acoustically comfortable 26 dB. Fan connectors are 9-pin, so they are connected exclusively to the complete digital RGB hub for five turntables.
