He has been working in my family for six years. I wanted a normal kettle from a well-known brand. There is a solid bulb inside, it heats water very quickly, no kettle on a gas/induction stove can do that. At the same time, the walls warm up, but not so much that you can burn yourself. They become warm so easily, very cool technology. Among the main disadvantages, it hums so that it can block the acoustic system of 600-800 W with noise, but it heats the water very quickly. The spout is really not convenient, you have to develop your own specific technique for pouring water so as not to spill water past the cups. Would I take it again? Probably not, if I would take it, it would probably be a smart kettle with a thermostat. Stylish, made in France, cool-touch walls, boils water very quickly. This Tefal Safe to Touch electric kettle has been our main one in the kitchen for some time now, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with it. The 1800W power provides quick results, which is especially a lifesaver in the morning when you just want to quickly boil tea or coffee. The body is designed so that it doesn't get scaldingly hot on the outside—thanks to the double walls, you can really hold it even right after boiling, and this is a nice little feature you don't expect until you try it. Inside, it's regular stainless steel, nothing rusts, easy to clean. There's a minor downside worth mentioning. The maximum water mark is there inside, but it's hard to spot in dim light, so you sometimes have to adjust to avoid overpouring. But that's more of a habit than a real issue. A more noticeable inconvenience is the spout's shape. It's made in a way that often, the water doesn't go straight into the cup but down the side instead. So, while you're pouring into the cup normally, the rest drips onto the table and the floor. It's not a disaster, but it spoils the overall impression because you have to be more careful when pouring. In conclusion—it's a good kettle for its price, heats up quickly, convenient in everyday use, and safe for hands. The spout detail is irritating, but overall, it does its job and doesn't cause unnecessary trouble.
