The electric kettle of the French brand Tefal presents the Safe to Touch line. The model is equipped with double walls: the inner ones are made of metal, and the outer ones are made of plastic. Such a constructive solution contributes to a longer preservation of heat inside the flask (30 minutes of temperature maintenance is claimed) and protects against burns when touched. In order to create the effect of a thermos, the manufacturer also made the 1.7-liter flask one-piece, refusing to place a water level indicator on the outside of the body. The Tefal KO 2608 electric kettle received a flat 1800-watt heating element with automatic shutdown and boil-over protection. The lid at the touch of a button on the handle leans back 90 degrees, which contributes to convenient filling and/or cleaning of the inner walls. In terms of design, the model stands out for its strict conical shape and black body colour.
