And when the battery remains at 10%, it automatically switches to super power saving mode and starts a timer until the device turns off.

New generation heart rate monitor

The manufacturer awarded the Baro 9 with a new generation optical heart rate sensor. He knows how to turn on and off independently, measure the pulse both during training and track it 24/7. It is also possible to view a graph of your heart rate for 12 hours directly on the watch. It is worth mentioning here that a wrist heart rate monitor, unlike a chest strap, is not a measure of accuracy among runners. Unfortunately, there is no chest sensor in the kit, and if you want to track your heart rate more accurately, you will have to buy it separately, which, given the price of the device, is a bit disappointing.

Advanced Navigation

The navigation system of the Baro 9 also has its own interesting features. In addition to the already familiar compass and GPS on the device, you can scale the map, but that's not all. The main and most interesting advantage is the FusedTrack function. This function remembers the starting and ending points of the route and uses the compass, gyroscope and accelerometer to suggest the most successful route with adjustments every 2 minutes.
