Seasonic B12 BC-650 is one of the most affordable "bronze" models of the famous Taiwanese brand, the main innovator in the power supply market (only the A12 series with a "white" certificate is cheaper). It was Seasonic who was the first among all PSU manufacturers to transfer all their products to Active PFC.
Smart Savings
All necessary elements are soldered at the power input: EMI filter, varistor and fuse. The high-voltage capacitor is from the Taiwanese company Ltec, and the low-voltage ones are from the Chinese AsiaX and ChengX, since all of them are high-temperature 105 °C. The 12 cm plain bearing fan is made by Yate Loon.
Quiet and smooth
The smart algorithm S2FC — Smart and Silent Fan Control is responsible for controlling the speed of the turntable. So, in a simple PC, the rotation speed is generally indistinguishable by ear 600 rpm. With an increase in load, the speed gradually increases to 1600 rpm.
