Model overview based on user reviews
The Poco M5s 64 GB / 4 GB smartphone offers a range of features that make it a compelling choice for users seeking a reliable device. Fast charging is a standout feature, allowing the battery to reach 64% in just 30 minutes, complemented by good overall autonomy. The AMOLED screen provides deep blacks and excellent visibility in low-light conditions, enhancing the viewing experience. Users appreciate the sound quality, particularly the infrared transceiver, which is useful for controlling various devices. The phone is capable of recording video in 4K and Full HD at 60fps, although the camera app can be laggy and challenging to access. Performance is generally smooth, though the device may heat up during simple tasks. Some users note the asymmetrical sound from the speakers, with the top ones being quieter. While the built-in music app is not favored, alternatives are recommended. Additionally, the absence of a power adapter in the package is noted as a drawback. Overall, the Poco M5s is a solid choice for those prioritizing fast charging, display quality, and video recording capabilities.

A rather interesting model. By the end of 2024, it fully satisfies. The processor, memory, everything is satisfactory. Games run fine, of course, this isn't for demanding games. For watching movies, videos, etc., everything is excellent. After a year and a half of use, everything is great. I duplicated my review without photos (please delete). Sound, screen - in complete darkness, black is truly black. Autonomy. Fast charging. The infrared receiver-transmitter is a great thing for various devices, especially if you need to assist elderly relatives. I haven't found anything significant in a year and a half of use. Except for the asymmetrical sound in the speakers: the ones on top are much quieter. The case collects all sorts of dust and scratches the back cover. But you can buy cases for every taste. |
For your money, it’s not a bad option, my mother is greedy - she’s happy best performance for such a processor, clear camera didn't mark |
I've been using the phone since September 2024 and I have a few things to say about it. Considering its price, it's not bad if you don't play heavy games. I was also surprised by the camera app because accessing it without lag is quite a challenge. However, if you manage to get in, it takes decent photos (considering its price). Autonomy, fast charging, capability to shoot video in 4K and FHD 60K/S Camera app is the biggest downside, also often heats up during simple tasks. |
