Frame:

The case is available in two colours — silver with blue accents on the sides of the front panel and black with red accents, respectively.
On the front panel, on the left edge of the screen, there are three keys for quickly controlling the player — fast forward / rewind tracks and the Stop / Play button in the centre. Below the screen are navikey (navigation key) and four keys to control the main functions of the phone. Top centre is the main speaker. There is no sensor for automatically adjusting the brightness of the display. In the open position, the slider has a standard 12-button keyboard.
On the left side there is a slot covered with a flap for microSD memory cards. The phone supports cards up to 16 GB and hot-swappable. Includes 2 GB card.
On the right side, there are two keys — the volume control and the camera button.
At the top and bottom ends there is one stereo speaker. right there, on the upper end, there are three connectors — a 3.5 mm jack for connecting headphones; plug 2 mm, for connecting the charger; microUSB-connector, which is hidden under the plug. There is no separate on/off button for the phone.
The entire back side is covered with a plastic cover. On top is a 3.2 MPix camera without autofocus and flash.

Communications:

On the Russian market, this model comes with the Nokia "Comes With Music" service (along with music). The owner of this phone has the opportunity for free, within one year, to use the largest catalog of licensed music — Ovi Music.
Bluetooth — version 2.1 with EDR support. There is no Wi-Fi module.
When connected to a computer via USB, synchronization is supported using PC Suite — access to all phone functions is provided.

The alarm clock can be set for certain days of the week, there is a repeat of the call after a certain time.
Viewing images is possible in several ways: standard — 12 thumbnail images are generated on the screen; landscape — a separate album is created and photos are placed there, which can then be viewed in a slideshow; chronology — photos are grouped by date. The gallery has 5 image deformation effects, the ability to add text and use one of 12 colour effects. The photo can be enlarged and then transferred, saved or printed.
The phone has a built-in browser Opera Mini 4.2.
