Protection against voltage drop and inrush currents

The device is perfect for harvesting firewood, as well as for sawing logs for a log house. One of the main features of the saw is the presence of a soft start — a system for protecting the engine from high starting currents. At the moment the saw is started, it begins to smoothly gain momentum without receiving high currents. There is also a built-in electronic protection that turns off the saw that is already running in case of voltage fluctuations in the network, for example, during a short circuit on the line. All this extends the life of the engine.

Quick access to carbon brushes

Strengthen or weaken the chain tension, you can easily rotate the regulator at the base of the bar, which is hidden under a plastic cover. Users note that after some time after sawing, the oil supply hole on the tyre becomes clogged with sawdust, so it will have to be cleaned regularly. Also, the oil tank itself is quite small, only 140 mL — after about forty-five minutes of operation, it will have to be replenished. On the right side of the housing there is a hole for quick access to the carbon brushes. They can be changed in a matter of minutes without completely disassembling the case and contacting a service centre. The handle is rubberized and fits comfortably in the hand, and the longitudinal arrangement of the body will simplify sawing at an angle (branches or boots).
