How to choose a gaming headphoneWe understand the differences between regular and gaming headphones, tell you how to approach the choice of a headset wisely
For 5-6k UAH ears are top, for 11k (as it is now) I think it is not advisable.
23 April 2022
Snatched for 5200 with olx, people bought for 6300. The price is 5200 UAH. for them just the fairest, further details.
Compared to budget headphones, these sound the cleanest, most correct. Bass at the highest level. For me - comfortable, I love it when the ears dig into the head cutting off from the outside world.
- Most likely due to the built-in DAC, there's a constant noise (when connected via minijack, the noise is very strong) which personally bothers me, as I'm picky about sound.
- Sometimes there is a strong noise overlapping the one described above, the cause of which is unknown. It appears suddenly for 5-10 seconds and gradually fades away, I suspect again due to the built-in DAC.
- The built-in DAC itself. An IDEAL solution would be for Hyperx to make it possible to disable the internal converter, so the signal would bypass it. I think implementing this into the headphone design wouldn't be difficult, in which case you could buy a good sound card, plug it into a computer, and enjoy even better sound, but alas, you have to put up with the built-in one, which has issues and there's nothing you can do about it.
- Some people don't like the rustling of the drivers when the headphones are moved strongly, but it doesn't interfere with gaming use. If you need headphones for active activities like sports, they're definitely a poor choice, otherwise, this rustling is nothing.
