Golden mean
FSP Hydro GSM Lite Pro is an intermediate and, perhaps, the most balanced series of FSP power supplies in terms of price and functionality. For one step, the younger Hydro has only a bronze certificate, but on the contrary, for one position, the older Hydro G Pro has a fully modular design, but already a significantly higher price.
Semi-modular design
Whereas Hydro GSM Lite Pro is made semi-modular: the required cables for CPU and motherboard are made fixed, and those for the graphics card, drives and fans are removable. The length of the processor wire is 65 cm, and the graphics card wire is as much as 75 cm.
Progressive circuitry
The electronic filling of the Hydro GSM Lite Pro is, of course, FSP's own design and production. The most advanced stabilization technologies are used: Load-Line Calibration and Single Rail. The first reduces wasted power at low load, and the second delivers maximum power to the graphics card.
Under reliable protection
Capacitors in the Hydro GSM Lite Pro are Japanese high-temperature ones, and the fan is 12 cm long on a durable hydraulic bearing. All possible levels of electrical protection are implemented, namely: OCP and OPP from overload, OVP and UVP from over and under voltage, SCP from short circuit and OTP from overheating.
