The Electrolux induction hob is a middle-class appliance designed to be built into a 560x490 mm worktop opening. The black glass-ceramic worktop looks impressive (also due to the lack of frames), it also contributes to the efficient transfer of heat from the heaters and reduces the complexity of the cleaning process. Illuminated touch controls are located on the front right. Sensors make it possible to flexibly adjust the power of each of the four available heating zones, and they can be blocked to protect against children. The induction hobs of the Electrolux EHH 56240 IK hob differ in diameter and power (from 1.2 to 2.3 kW), and thanks to the PowerBoost function, it is possible to accelerate the achievement of high heating temperatures in order, for example, to boil water or heat food faster. A residual heat indicator is also provided to protect users from burns.
