Using the Ryzen 5 3600 processor as an example, I can say that it cools very well. If the temperature was 39-45 degrees while idle and would heat up to 80 degrees under load in a game with the stock AMD cooler from the box, then with the Deepcool Gammaxx 300B, the temperature dropped to 35 degrees while idle, and rarely exceeded 65 degrees under load. I bought this cooler for my Ryzen 2600. The stock one worked, but the temperatures were not satisfying, plus the main issue was the noise. At 100% load at stock without overclocking in a stress test, temperatures reached up to 75 degrees, and the cooler's RPM was 2600. In office mode, the processor heated up to 45 degrees. Deepcool is a completely different story. Firstly, it's a tower. The cooler itself is ventilated, positioned in the airflow between two case fans for intake and exhaust, which is already a big plus. Secondly, it's 120 mm. That means silence. The maximum RPM is 1600, and even at that speed, there is no noise, plus it has a hydrodynamic bearing. Thirdly, three heat pipes and a polished base — better contact with the processor means greater heat absorption and dissipation. By the way, thermal paste is already applied. It couldn't be simpler. Removed the old one, installed the new one. And a beautiful blue backlight unveils the PC's potential even more :) As for the temperatures, in my case, the test showed about 60 degrees. In idle, it's around 30-35 degrees. I am completely satisfied with the result. The downside is the installation on the AM4 socket. It was a bit scary to press down on the motherboard, even though there is a backplate. But it's not critical, it settled perfectly. Plus, I slightly polished the cooler and processor to spread the paste better. The cooling fit like a glove. I recommend this for purchase.
