Like the iPhone 12, only much cheaper. And running Android 10 OS. These two short sentences can fully characterize the CUBOT C30 smartphone, originally from China.
Similar Traits
Externally, the device really bears a close resemblance to the “apple” generation smartphones numbered “12”. The model owes its similarity to the frame with rounded side edges and the main camera block in the corner of the back panel of the case. But the smartphone does not have a characteristic “monobrow” — the 32 MP front camera lens is made in the form of a neat hole on the left hand of the upper part of the screen (if you look at it “head-on”).
Average performance
The CUBOT C30 display is based on a FullHD+ IPS matrix substrate. Taking into account the diagonal size of 6.4" and the aspect ratio of 19.3:9, the picture is displayed on the gadget's screen at a resolution of 2310x1080 pixels. The productivity of the mobile device is fueled by an 8-core MediaTek Helio P60 mid-range processor, backed up by as much as 8 GB of RAM. The smartphone interface runs smoothly and applications launch quickly. If desired, the device will also pull modern games, albeit not at the highest graphics settings.
Spacious storage
The internal storage of the smartphone has a capacity of 128 GB. Part of the space in it is reserved for the needs of the Android 10 system. It seems possible to increase the amount of storage by refusing the services of the second SIM card — the model has a hybrid SIM + SIM / microSD slot. But what the smartphone was not delivered with was a 3.5 mm audio jack. Headphones are connected to it via a USB-C connector (using an appropriate adapter) or via a Bluetooth wireless channel.
Onboard armament
The photographic side of the question of the model is represented by a rear quad camera with a 48 MP image sensor as the leader. It is complemented by an ultra-wide, a macro module and an auxiliary sensor for blurring the background in portrait mode. In addition, the model was armed with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and an NFC chip for contactless payment for purchases in Google Pay systems. The electronic components of the smartphone are powered by a 4200 mAh rechargeable battery. Its charge lasts for a day and a half, and the replenishment of energy reserves in the battery tanks is carried out at a standard pace with a power of 10 watts.
