be quiet! Silent Loop 2 120mm — the German company Listan relatively recently started producing liquid cooling systems under the be quiet! And the second iteration called Silent Loop 2 120mm turned out even better.
Water is quieter than air
The pumping fluid pump received an innovative three-chamber design. The middle chamber has the largest capacity in order to accommodate a relatively large volume of refrigerant and, thereby, effectively dampen wave vibrations. By the way, the kit comes with a bottle of refrigerant for refueling.
No extra noise
The electric pump motor with a rotation speed of up to 2800 rpm has three phases and six poles, due to which it does not emit any parasitic overtones. Complete silence in operation is achieved by a pair of be quiet! Silent Wings 3 PWM on a durable hydrodynamic bearing (300,000 hours).

Fans are placed on both sides of the watersink for maximum efficiency in dissipating heat from the processor in a compact 120mm CBO form factor. This is especially useful when building a PC in a compact Mini-ITX case, where neither a 240mm dropsy nor a tower cooler will fit.
