A high-performance and versatile tower CPU cooler with a classic U-shaped design of six heatpipes (6mm), a large single-section heatsink and an efficient 135mm fan with long life fluid dynamic bearing. It features an impressive dissipated thermal power (up to 200 W), significant weight (920 g) and rather large dimensions (you should pay attention to the distance from the CPU socket to the RAM connectors and the height of the heat spreader plates, which are often installed on the modules). The aluminium radiator consists of thin aluminium plates (51 pcs) with an impressive total area of 9400 cm2. Due to its high performance, the Be quiet Dark Rock 4 CPU Cooler can be used to run Intel or AMD Mainstream/Performance/HEDT class processors (Intel High-End Desktop up to 18 cores with TDP 165W)....It is able to cool the CPU, constantly operating in overclocking mode with an increase in supply voltage. The excellent acoustic characteristics of the device deserve high praise. The Silent Wings 135mm PWM controlled fan with an innovative six-pole electric motor and reliable bearing can change the rotation speed from 700 to 1400 rpm.

Quiet and stylish

The Be quiet Dark Rock 4 is a pretty interesting CPU cooler option with plenty of cooling potential for a multi-core overclocked CPU, great acoustics, and a decent price tag. The shape is a classic tower with a height of 159 mm, double-sided mounting and a massive aluminium who?, which is suitable for installation on modern motherboards with Intel and AMD processors. It is also a rather stylish black cooler with an unusual ceramic coating that looks great in an open stand or case with a transparent side wall.

Radiator with 6 heat pipes and anti-vibration motor

Be quiet Dark Rock 4's main weapon is its acoustic performance. However, we did not expect anything else from Be quiet. So, the tower is equipped with six high-performance copper heat pipes and a branded radiator with a wave contour of the plates and micro-perforation of the surface, which improve air circulation. The know-how of this tower is an innovative 6-pole motor designed to reduce the vibration of the system, thereby reducing the noise level. The 135mm Silent Wings controlled fan is based on a proprietary fluid dynamic bearing and supports stepwise PWM speed control up to 1400 rpm.

TDP 200W

Due to its design, Be quiet Dark Rock 4 can effectively cool Intel and AMD processors up to 200W TDP. In this case, the level of emitted noise will not exceed 21 dB. If this is not enough, the design allows you to install an additional 120mm turntable, significantly increasing the level of cooling of the system. Naturally, the second turntable is not included, but there are clips for attaching an additional fan. Otherwise, this is a very interesting option, which is a logical development of the Dark Rock line with the same highest build quality, but with a modified mounting system and improved heat dissipation.
